Terms

Participation

Participation is initially limited to adults aged 18 or over. You remain responsible for whether and how to continue the walk.

You must have the right to submit the photograph and any text. Avoid identifiable people, private information and sensitive locations. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Eligible material may be presented anonymously within Walk the Horizon. Image and text may be arranged independently. Submission does not guarantee publication.

You retain copyright. By submitting, you give Stephen Wadcock a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to present the contribution anonymously as part of Walk the Horizon online, in exhibitions, publications and project documentation. This does not permit standalone sale, unrelated advertising or AI training.

You may withdraw your contribution using the private link supplied after registration. Withdrawal ends future public presentation and removes live material promptly. It may not be possible to recall material already printed or shown in a completed exhibition, but it will not be included in future editions or presentations.

These terms will receive final UK legal review before public launch.
